Brabus has revealed its first-ever supercar, the Brabus 900 Crawler, to celebrate its 45th anniversary. This new off-road beast has a strong in-house-built chassis, a four-person room, and a rugged carbon fiber buggy-style body.
Carbon Fiber Body Built for Off-Road Fun
The Brabus 900 Crawler's body is made of high-strength exposed carbon fiber. It's not made for city streets—this is a non-street-legal off-road racer made to handle desert dunes and tough trails.
Strong Chassis and Suspension for Tough Terrain
Brabus built a special tubular frame using CAD technology. The chassis is made from strong steel and painted in Brabus Red. It's made to handle rough off-road driving. The suspension is super strong to support portal axles on both front and rear.
High Ground Clearance and Advanced Design
Engineers raised the engine, transmission, differentials, and half-shafts to make the car perform well off-road. They used high-strength aluminum parts, including:
- Special wheel ends with portal gearboxes
- Control arms
- A subframe for independent suspension
- Rear axle housing
This smart design gives the Crawler a massive 53 cm ground clearance, perfect for rocky or sandy ground.
Heavy-Duty Exterior and Off-Road Features
The exterior is packed with tough and high-end parts, including:
- Brabus aluminum struts
- Four-way adjustable shock absorbers
- Large off-road tires
- Brabus Monoblock HD "Platinum Edition" forged wheels
- A matching spare wheel on the back
- Extra-wide wheel arches
- Carbon roof panel
- Tubular frame (no doors or windows)
- Steel safety roll cage
Airflow, Lighting, and Cooling for Harsh Conditions
The Crawler also comes with:
- A Brabus rear wing
- Air ducts for back seat passengers

- Wide carbon side panels that double as steps
- A special hood with two front air intakes
Massive Wheels and Special Build
The tires are 40×13.50 R20, and the forged wheels are 9.5Jx20 on both front and back. The wheels have an eight-hole bolt pattern that fits perfectly with the Brabus portal axles.
Powerful Brabus Rocket V8 Engine
Under the hood is a Brabus 900 Rocket V8 twin-turbo engine. It's a 4.5-liter engine with eight cylinders and two turbochargers. It makes:
- 900 horsepower at 6200 rpm
- 1250 Nm of torque at 2900 rpm
It can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 160 km/h for safety on rough ground.
Sporty Interior With Racing Features
Inside, the Crawler has:
- Carbon racing seats covered in bright red Silvertex fabric
- Four-point seatbelts
- An intercom system that works with four carbon Brabus helmets or any headset
- Red anodized pedals, footrests, and switches to match the car's bold red look
