Only a few tuning companies can make a bold car like the Lamborghini Urus look even cooler. Novitec is one of them. Their newest project for the Italian super SUV is one of the best we have seen.
Bold New Look with a Wide Body Kit
This Urus Performante is almost fully black, with bright yellow brake calipers that add a nice pop of color.
Novitec gave it a wide-body kit that includes:
- Fender flares
- Side skirt extensions
- New front attachments
- A more aggressive hood
- A new rear diffuser
- A bigger, roof-mounted wing
Stylish Wheels and Cool Interior
The Urus rides on Y-spoke wheels, finished in black, with original center caps.
Inside, Novitec showed one image of the interior.
It matches the outside with:
- Lots of black leather
- Orange contrast stitching
- Orange headrest embossing
- Other small orange touches
The interior looks sporty but not too flashy.
Lower Ride Height and More Power
We already know from earlier news that the Novitec Esteso Urus Performante sits lower to the ground.
It is about one inch (25 mm) closer to the asphalt.
Novitec also boosted the power.
Now, the tuned Urus has:
- 771 horsepower (782 PS/575 kW)
- 761 pound-feet of torque (1,032 Nm)
How Novitec Got the Extra Power
Novitec added two main upgrades:
- An N-Tronic control module
- A sports exhaust system made of stainless steel (optional butterfly valves)
For comparison:
- Stock Urus Performante: 657 horsepower (666 PS/490 kW) and 627 pound-feet of torque (850 Nm)
- Tuned Urus Performante: 771 horsepower and 761 pound-feet of torque
The 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine stays the same but performs much better now.
Faster Acceleration and Top Speed
Thanks to Novitec's work, the tuned Urus Performante is quicker:
- 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) in just 3.1 seconds
- (Stock version does it in 3.3 seconds)
- Top speed:
- 190 mph (306 kph) stock
- 193 mph (311 kph) with Novitec's upgrades
This means it's even quicker than the Huracan Sterrato, the lifted V10 supercar.
Custom Built for a Wealthy Client
Novitec revealed this special Urus Performante Esteso just before the Winter Holidays.
This all-black version was made for one of their rich customers.
The price wasn't shared, but since the Urus Performante already costs over $265,000 in the U.S.,
The final price with Novitec's upgrades was definitely much higher.
