Mercedes G 63 Build Has Rear Suicide Doors

25 Apr, 2025 4
Mercedes-AMG G 63 SUV

This isn't just any G-Wagen; it's a Mercedes-AMG G 63 with suicide doors. This version is super powerful and looks like nothing else on the road. Under the hood, it has a strong V8 engine tuned for even more power.

What’s New on the Outside?

This G-Wagen has a lot of custom upgrades. Here's what stands out:

  • New bumpers at the front and back
  • A fresh grille with horizontal slats
  • Double nostrils above the grille
  • A roof add-on with extra lights
  • New side skirts
  • A small but sporty diffuser (which is low-key for a Mansory build)
  • A roof spoiler
  • A new spare wheel holder

It also has a widebody kit and several parts made from forged carbon fiber.

Mixed Feelings About the Wheels and Body Kit

The wheels? Not for everyone. They look more like something you’d find on a Rolls-Royce than on a rugged SUV. The body kit is also pretty flashy. But the suicide doors are a hit. These rear doors now open backwards, thanks to new hinges on the C-pillars. That's the main highlight of this unique build.

Step Inside the Bright Turquoise Interior

Open the doors, and you'll see a bold turquoise interior. Almost everything is covered in turquoise leather and suede. There are also:

  • Contrast stitching and piping
  • Mansory logos on the seats, headrests, and seatbelts
  • Diamond-style trim for contrast
  • A cool starlight headliner on the roof

This cabin is just as wild as the outside.

The Power Boost: From Fast to Super Fast

The regular Mercedes-AMG G 63 has:

  • 577 hp (585 ps/430 kW)
  • 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque
  • 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) in 4.5 seconds
  • Top speed: 155 mph (250 kph)

But this Mansory-tuned version? It's even quicker:

  • 0-62 mph in just 3.5 seconds
  • 838 hp (850 ps/625 kW)
  • 738 lb-ft of torque (1,000 Nm)
  • Combined fuel use: 17.3 mpg-US (13.6 l/100 km)
  • CO₂ emissions: 313 g/km

That's a lot of power!

What's It Called?

Mansory named this wild creation the Grande Entrée. It's a limited edition, so you probably won't see many of them on the road. Still, those suicide doors are a real standout feature. What do you think—would you want a G-Wagen like this?
