Land Rover has made history with the Range Rover since the first generation launched in 1970. It's known as the world's first premium high-rider SUV and has left a big mark on the automotive world over the last 50+ years.
New Range Rover: Still Strong, but Softer Looks
The latest Range Rover shares its MLA-Flex platform with the L461 Range Rover Sport. It is close to celebrating two years since its launch. Depending on the market, it still offers powerful V8 engines, straight-six options, a couple of diesel versions, and even a plug-in hybrid. It's still a favorite choice among the rich and famous, alongside other luxury SUVs and exotic crossovers.
Big Market for Tuning and Custom Parts
Many aftermarket companies offer upgrades because the Range Rover is so important in the luxury SUV world. Whether you want new wheels, a custom body kit, a reupholstered interior, or even more engine power, you can find almost anything you want online with just a few clicks.
Mansory Steps In With a Custom Touch
As expected, Mansory, the famous (and sometimes controversial) tuning company, has also worked on the new Range Rover. Their latest version looks less wild than some of their past builds. The Range Rover has a black paint job with a beige roof — a classic luxury color combo that looks good, even with the custom body kit.
If you look closely at the images shared by Mansory, you can spot several changes:
- Fender flares
- Side skirt attachments
- Add-ons at the front
- New vented hood
- Aggressive rear diffuser
- Large rear spoiler
Extra daytime running lights (DRLs) are also built into the front bumper. Plus, Mansory logos replace the original Land Rover logos at both ends. It rides on new wheels that give off a strong Rolls-Royce vibe.
A Look Inside the New Mansory Range Rover
Inside, new brown leather upholstery covers most of the touchable surfaces. Mansory's logo appears on many parts, including:
- Treadplates
- Steering wheel
- Floor mats
- Gear shifter
- Pedals
The headrests likely have the logo too, but they weren't shown in the pictures.
Performance Upgrades? Still a Mystery
Sadly, Mansory didn't share many details about this custom Range Rover. We don't know if it has more engine power or if any other performance changes were made. It's also unclear if this Range Rover was made for a specific customer or if it's available for sale. Since Mansory didn’t mention anything about selling it, it’s likely a custom order for a client.
Final Thoughts
Overall, this isn’t the worst-looking tuned Range Rover we’ve seen — but it's not the best either. For us, it falls somewhere in the middle. What do you think about it?
