Lowering the height of any SUV or crossover can be tricky. It often ends up looking more like a sporty hatchback or wagon. That's exactly what happened with this Lamborghini Urus—but don't worry, it still looks amazing. It now has a muscular, powerful look that turns heads.
Looking perfect for summer, this tuned Lamborghini Urus has become a social media star. RDB LA, a custom car shop, shared pictures of it online. Along with a short caption, they showed off some of the upgrades. And yes, it's getting lots of attention—for good reason.
Aggressive New Body Kit and Custom Details
This Urus got some serious upgrades. First, it has flared wheel arches at the front and back. The front bumper is more aggressive, and the hood is new, with vents to give it a sportier look. Aftermarket side skirts add to the bold design. The mirror caps appear unchanged.
At the back, there's a new diffuser with bigger fins, new exhaust tips, a larger spoiler on the tailgate, and a big wing on the roof. All of these give the Urus a race-ready appearance.
Widebody Kit from 1016 Industries and Custom Rims
The widebody kit comes from 1016 Industries. RDB LA designed the custom wheels. They're bigger and wider than the stock wheels. The rims feature a multi-spoke pattern with a shiny silver finish. This strongly contrasts the satin black exterior, which could be either a wrap or a special paint job.
The front brake calipers are red, while the rear ones are black. Both still show the "Raging Bull" branding, and the Lamborghini logo appears on the wheels too.
Black Interior with Sporty Touches
If you zoom in on some images, you can glimpse the interior. It seems to match the outside theme, with lots of black surfaces. The seats are covered in leather and suede, and the trim might include carbon fiber. There could also be a touch of the Italian flag somewhere, which would stand out against the dark colors. Of course, we'd love to see more cockpit photos, so feel free to share them in the comments.
The Urus PHEV is Coming Soon
While shops continue to modify the standard Urus, Lamborghini is getting ready to launch its first plug-in hybrid version. It's set to debut on April 24 during the Volkswagen Group Night.
The new Lamborghini Urus PHEV might use the same powertrain as the Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid. That setup includes a 4.0L V8 engine with electric assistance, producing 729 hp (739 PS / 544 kW) and 700 lb-ft (949 Nm) of torque. It also uses a 25.9 kWh battery. Still, Lamborghini will likely tune it for more power to make it stand out from its Porsche cousin.
