Brabus has now upgraded the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupe after working on its SUV version. This powerful new version is equipped with the Brabus 800 package, making it a real competitor to the Lamborghini Urus.
The upgraded engine now produces 800 horsepower and 1000 Nm of torque. This sporty coupe can go from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 280 km/h. It's the latest model in the Brabus supercar lineup.
Brabus 800 Engine Upgrade: More Power, Same Reliability
The Brabus engineers changed the mapping of the electronic engine control. It helps recalibrate the boost pressure and makes the power delivery smoother without hurting the car's durability. They tested it on the track and public roads for safety and performance.
The GLE 63 S comes with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine. Originally, it had 612 hp and 850 Nm of torque. But thanks to the Brabus PowerXtra B40-S-800 conversion, the power increased by 188 hp, and torque increased by 150 Nm. Now, the car makes 800 hp at 5,900 rpm and 1000 Nm at 3,500 rpm.
It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds, with a top speed confined to 280 km/h.
Paddle Shifters, Start-Stop Control & Warranty
Brabus Race paddle shifters, mounted on the steering wheel, allow gear changes in both manual and automatic modes. A Brabus Memory System also lets drivers turn off the start-stop function permanently (optional).
Brabus includes a 3-year or 100,000 km warranty on all tuned models, giving buyers peace of mind.
Sports Exhaust System with Active Sound Control
Brabus installed a high-performance stainless steel sports exhaust. It comes with active flaps that adjust the sound based on the driving mode. This system improves both engine performance and the sound experience.
Aerodynamic Exterior Styling for Performance and Looks
The outside of the GLE 63 S Coupe gets a sportier look with several upgrades:
- A front spoiler lowers the lift on the front axle and improves high-speed stability.
- A touch of racing flair on the sides enhances the coupe's appearance.
- A special Brabus diffuser insert at the back frames the titanium/carbon tailpipes for a bold rear look.
Luxurious Interior with High-End Materials
The interior is fully customized with Alcantara and Brabus Mastic breathable leather on the seats, dashboard, door panels, and ceiling. Other stylish features include:
- Aluminum door lock pins and pedals
- Stainless-steel scuff plates with backlit Brabus logos that change color
- Carbon fiber trim with a high-gloss finish
Brabus Wheels and Tires: Multiple Options for a Custom Look
Brabus gives buyers several options for alloy wheels, with sizes ranging from 21 to 24 inches. They are matched with low-profile tires sized 295/30 R 24 for a powerful stance.
Customers can choose the Brabus Monoblock Z' Platinum Edition' forged wheels in a 10Jx24 format for something even more exclusive.
Lower Ride Height with Airmatic Suspension Module
An optional Brabus control module for the Airmatic air suspension lowers the car's ride height by 25 mm. It improves the car's stance, handling, and driving dynamics by lowering the center of gravity.
